There is a fantastic programme for children and young people on Sunday mornings:
Creche for 0-2s
Junior Church for children age 3 to P7
Bible Class for S1-S3
Children stay with their parents at the start of the service. The person leading the service will announce when the children go out to their programmes. You will need to go with your children and register them the first time they attend.

Sunday Services
Pre Covid-19
Sunday services happen every Sunday at 11.00am and 6.00pm. People coming for the first time often find it helpful to arrive early so they can meet some of the welcome team before the service.
You will receive a very warm welcome particularly from the Welcome Team who will be able to answer your questions and direct you to where you need to go. Services run for about an hour and a half and are fairly informal. Services include singing praise to God, times of prayer and a sermon based on a Bible passage. We use a wide variety of styles of music in our services, from traditional hymns to contemporary worship songs. A small group of musicians help to lead the worship. A feature of our services is the enthusiastic singing. While there is no regular choir, a number of people enjoy singing harmony in the services, and we assemble a group of singers for the Christmas carol service and other special occasions.
Tea, coffee and biscuits are served after the service when there is plenty of time to meet new people and ask more questions.

Banchory Christian Fellowship Church is dedicated to teaching God's Word to both adults and children. Each week children aged 3-11 join with the adults for the first part of the 11.00am service, after which they leave for Junior Church. The Bible is taught in an interesting, age appropriate way by leaders whose desire is for children to come to know and love the Lord Jesus and to be encouraged in their faith.
We offer the following classes:
Willows (pre-schoolers from age 3)
Sycamores (P1 - P3/4; age 5-8)
Oaks (P4 - P7; age 9 -11)
We use materials provided by Go Teach which offers a four year teaching plan to give a grounding in Bible knowledge. The children also enjoy a time of singing, quizzes and activity sheets to reinforce the lessons. Visitors are always welcome, if you have any questions please contact Janet Bolton
